How to Pay Your Landing Fee
Fee information on this site is sourced from publicly available data such as the
AIP and individual airfield
websites. Pilots are responsible for verifying the accuracy of fees before payment.
1. Before You Start
You can calculate a landing fee without an account, but you'll need to
register or log in to use
Pay Later and keep a record of your landings.
An account lets you:
- Save landings on My Landings and pay them together.
- Keep a stored Receipt for every payment.
- See your Flying History — total landings, airfields visited, and your most-flown aircraft.
- Save favourite airfields and favourite aircraft for one-click filling on the calculator.
2. Calculate Your Landing Fee
-
Select your airfield — pick from the dropdown, or tap a favourite
airfield button above the form.
-
Enter your aircraft registration — type the last few characters of
your mark (e.g. ABC for ZK-ABC) and select yours from the suggestions.
Its type and weight are filled in automatically.
-
Choose your landing types — Full Stop, Touch and Go, or other options
available at that airfield. Add as many as you need.
-
Confirm your pilot name and landing date — both are pre-filled when
you're logged in.
-
Calculate Fee — you'll see an itemised breakdown: landing fees,
the My Landings Service fee, and the Payment Processing
fee, plus any discount that applies.
3. Choose How to Proceed
Pay Now — pay this landing straight away by card through Stripe.
You'll see a confirmation and a payment reference on screen.
Pay Later — save this landing to My Landings instead
of paying immediately. Add more landings throughout the day, then pay them together.
Pay All — if you already have saved landings, pay this landing
plus every saved landing in one card payment.
4. My Landings
Your saved landings live on
My Landings. There you can:
- Review everything you've saved.
- Edit or remove an entry if you made a mistake.
- Pay all your outstanding landings in a single Pay All payment.
- Watch out for the non-same-day fee — landings not paid by midnight
NZ time may cost more than the standard fee.
5. Receipts & Flying History
Every completed payment is stored as a
Receipt for your records.
Your Profile also includes a
Flying History showing your total landings, the airfields you've visited,
and your most recent activity — handy for your own logbook or club records.
