This website provides a landing fee calculator, payment processing, and personal landing record services (My Landings and Receipts) for participating New Zealand airfields. Only participating airfields listed at sign-in accept payment through this service. By creating an account and using this service, you agree to the following terms.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your profile up to date.
All fee calculations are estimates based on published airfield fee schedules. While we make every effort to keep fee data current, airfields may change their rates without notice. The final amount charged is the amount shown at payment confirmation. It is your responsibility to verify the calculation before completing a transaction.
Payment transactions are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store credit card details on our servers.
You may choose to pay immediately (Pay Now) or save your landing for later payment (Pay Later).
Pay Now processes your payment immediately and incurs the standard My Landings Service fee.
Pay Later allows you to save landings and pay them later. Your saved landings appear on your My Landings page, where you can review, edit, or remove them and pay all outstanding landings in a single transaction (Pay All). Pay Later landings must be paid before midnight NZ time to qualify for the standard My Landings Service fee. Landings not paid by midnight will incur a non-same day payment fee calculated as the greater of the standard My Landings Service fee or a percentage of the total landing fees.
After payment, a receipt is sent to your email address and is available on your Receipts page. Unpaid landings will not be processed until you initiate payment.

Some airfields offer local user discounts. Eligibility is determined by the airfield operator and must be confirmed by an administrator. Misrepresenting your eligibility may result in account suspension.
We collect and store information you provide during registration and use of the service, including your name, email address, aircraft registration details, and payment history. This information is used solely to operate the service and is not shared with third parties except as required to process payments (Stripe) or as required by law.
Your aircraft search and landing fee calculations are logged for operational purposes. Payment records may be shared with relevant participating airfield operators for payment administration, landing verification, and operational reporting purposes.
Airfield operators may be granted read-only access to a portal showing their own airfield's activity. Operator access is limited to the airfield they are authorised for and does not include access to other airfields, pilot or user details, or platform administration functions.
This service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to incorrect fee calculations, payment processing errors, or service unavailability.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify registered users of material changes via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes shall be resolved in New Zealand courts.
